Description

Create a digital illustration in Photoshop based on a photograph, experimenting with a current and customized version of modernism

Start the course by getting to know a little about Celeste, her professional career as an illustrator, and her biggest influences. She also talks about what you cover throughout the course.

Discover what Art Nouveau is and which classic visual elements characterize it. Celeste gives you the tools to do digital drawings quickly and easily with natural elements, pleats, tunics, frames or volutes, and much more.

Now think about the person you want to draw and their most characteristic features before brainstorming the exact message you want to express.

Next, put together a mood board and transform these abstract ideas into concrete graphic representations. Then move on to define your color palette. Now you have all the pieces, make a collage to inspire and guide your composition process.

Choose a photo of the person you want to draw to work from and hear Celeste's tips and tricks for building the basic shapes of the face and body using digital tracing in Photoshop.

Finally, learn to use Photoshop features such as canvas, sketch, and some basic settings to draw characteristics as well as add shadows, light, details, additional effects, and the finishing touches.
