However, to be effective, they need to be tailored to your target audience. The solution: a customizable graphic template that allows you to keep your content fresh and relevant for any kind of business.

In this course, graphic designer and photographer Federica Giacomazzi, cofounder of the design studio Sparrow & Snow, teaches you how to create unique designs for your newsletters. Learn how to design a variety of graphic layouts with Adobe XD and transform them into functional templates using Canva. Federica also shows you how to upload them to Mailchimp to send to your subscribers. Are you ready to grow your contact list with the power of unlimited designs?

Description

Learn to create eye-catching designs for any type of business and turn them into templates ready to be sent with Mailchimp

Meet your teacher for the course, Federica Giacomazzi, art director and cofounder of the design studio Sparrow & Snow. She tells you about herself, her professional career, and the sources of inspiration that have influenced her work and her creativity.

Begin by getting to know what a newsletter is and the different formats that exist, based on communication objectives, and see why defining your target audience and brand identity are crucial to designing effective and eye-catching newsletters.

Then, learn to work with Adobe XD and Canva to create your graphic layouts and transform them into templates that are quick and easy to manage and modify, even on your smartphone.

Now it's time to work on your final project. Organize all the content you've compiled, such as photos, color palettes, fonts, and logos, and map out the objectives for your newsletter based on your product and audience. Create a mood board, prepare your workspace in Adobe XD, and start designing your newsletter.

Once you've finished your layouts, transfer them back to Canva to create a set of templates that are both web- and mobile-friendly. Federica rounds out the course by showing you how to upload your completed newsletters to Mailchimp and send them to your subscribers list.
