To begin, meet Sergio Instanto and learn a bit about his career in creative photography. Discover some of his favorite projects and take a look at some of the artists that inspire his work. Then, do a quick runthrough of everything that will be explored in the course.
Get started with a project outline and discover the best way to get your ideas off the ground, mapping out the most important elements of your photographs. Learn to assemble a homemade production set, using objects like LED tubes, windows, and makeshift panels to reflect light.
After shooting your photos, learn how to select those most suitable for your project. Get started in Adobe Photoshop and start experimenting with the position of shapes, the background, and other key elements. Learn how to cut a character out from the background and add details to the space using color, intensity, and depth. Then, discover how to add volume and bring it all together to create your final composition.
Finally, Sergio shows you some last tricks for giving your cyberpunk photo that special touch, showing you a technique that adds texture and simulates film. Prepare your final image and try exporting it in some different formats.
