Find out how to get you and your projects organized by looking at different self-management methods and a variety of project management tools. Then, learn about what a business plan and a pitch deck are and how to effectively create one of each.
Continue with a brainstorming session to find inspiration and ask yourself some important questions related to positioning, such as: who would be interested in buying my product or service? Once you've got the answers, analyze the market and your competitors, as well as your target audience and the customer journey.
Now it's time to look at marketing strategies. Design your own logo and build a website with content and your online store. Sophia then shows you how to plan, establish, and increase your online presence using the right channels.
